Who we are

Harventis is a product of SMR Agro Ventures ("we", "us"), Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy covers the Harventis website (harventis.com) and the Harventis application (app.harventis.com).

What we collect

On this website, when you request a demo we collect the name, farm name, phone number, email address and message you give us, together with the page you sent it from. We use this to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We do not sell or share it.

In the application, we store the data your farm enters: beds, batches, harvests, spray and fertigation logs, attendance, payroll, customers, dispatches, invoices and documents, plus account details such as names, email addresses and roles. This data belongs to your farm. We process it only to provide the service.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. Error reports may be collected to keep the service reliable; these do not include your farm's business records.

Your rights

You can export your farm's data as CSV from the application at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to hello@harventis.com. We respond within one working day and complete deletion within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The application uses the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to work offline.
