Harventis is a farm operations platform provided by SMR Agro Ventures. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your farm or organisation.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of what your team enters and for keeping sign-in details secure. The data you enter remains yours. We may access it only to operate, support and improve the service, and we will never disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as quoted, exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on invoices issued by SMR Agro Ventures. Trial periods are free. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The application is designed to keep working offline and to sync when connectivity returns. We take regular backups of service data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access other farms' data, or to interfere with its operation.
Termination
You may close your account at any time and export your data beforehand. We may suspend accounts that are unpaid or in breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
